The High Point at Woodland Park Condominium Owners Association (COA) has a Board of Directors that is made up of four elected board members who are deeded owners of residential units within the Association; and one member designated by the Blue Grass Community Foundation who is the owner of the commercial office units.

 

Services for the building and the COA are managed by Haymaker Property Management.  They are the admininstrative arm of the COA and take care of the day-to-day needs of the building and the Association.
